Loan Application Checklist

In general, the documentation you will need includes:
	~~Check for application fee~~ (WAIVED for FHA Streamline Program)

Current Loan Documentation (call or email if you can not locate them readily. We are able to help)
	NOTE: Will say "NOTE" in bold on the top of the first page. 2-3 pages in length, from last closing package
	Settlement Statement (HUD-1) 1-2 pages, also in closing package
	Statement/Coupon from your current lender
	Statement/Bill from your homeowners insurance company


Miscellaneous
	Photo ID and proof of Social Security number.
	Residence addresses for the past two years.
	If applicable, a copy of your divorce decree.
	If you are not a citizen, a copy of the front and back of your green card.
